Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, intimate items, and other non-returnable products, may not be eligible for returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
